Mike Harris is twenty years old. He´s from England.

He gets up at  5.30 every morning, he goes running for an   hour , then he has a shower before breakfast. For breakfast  he has yoghurt with cereal, butter and toasts, some fruit juice and coffee. After breakfast he goes swimming for three  hours then he has lunch at one o´clock. After lunch he goes   to the tennis club and trains for six hours. He finishes his  training at 8 o´clock, goes home, has a shower and  has dinner  with his family. After dinner he sometimes reads, listens to music or watches t.v.  Twice a week he goes out with his girlfriend, usually at the weekend. He goes to bed at 10.30 everyday.

 Mike wants to go to the next Olympic games, so he works hard everyday. His dream is to win a gold medal.
